You may request to transfer your enrollment to another individual, provided the request is made at least 3 days before the course start date. Additional administrative charges may apply.
If you face technical difficulties accessing online training or resources, please contact our support team. We will make necessary arrangements, but refunds will not be provided for technical issues.
In rare circumstances, such as course discontinuation by Allsoft Solutions, a refund or alternative arrangement may be offered at our discretion.
