2. Course Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you may request it before the course start date. However, once the training has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

If needed, you may reschedule your training to another available batch, subject to approval and seat availability.

3. Transfer of Enrollment

You may request to transfer your enrollment to another individual, provided the request is made at least 3 days before the course start date. Additional administrative charges may apply.

4. Technical Issues & Support

If you face technical difficulties accessing online training or resources, please contact our support team. We will make necessary arrangements, but refunds will not be provided for technical issues.

5. Exceptional Cases

In rare circumstances, such as course discontinuation by Allsoft Solutions, a refund or alternative arrangement may be offered at our discretion.
